SOLAR-PANEL FACTORIES
Harnessing the power of the sun, 60% of our electricity is generated from solar energy, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. By cutting down 250 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions annually, we are playing a crucial role in combating climate change. The solar rooftop installation at our facilities was executed in two phases over two years, maximizing our rooftop's potential for solar energy harnessing. This initiative not only reduces our utility costs but also reinforces our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
RECYCLING INITIATIVES
Our commitment to recycling is unwavering. We actively recycle cardboard cartons, manufacturing process waste (including polyester and nylon), and damaged plastic products such as cones and tubes. By doing so, we minimize waste and repurpose materials, contributing to a circular economy and reducing environmental impact.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAMS
We are continuously upgrading our infrastructure to enhance energy efficiency. A key initiative involves replacing traditional lighting with more energy-efficient tubes, which significantly reduces energy consumption and lowers our overall carbon footprint. This move not only saves energy but also ensures a brighter, more sustainable future.
ADVANCE EFFULENT TREATMENT PLANT
Our state-of-the-art in-house Effluent Treatment Plant employs a cutting-edge three-stage process to ensure the complete treatment of wastewater. This system guarantees that no untreated dyestuff leaves our factory, thereby minimizing the impact on local water systems and safeguarding the environment. Our commitment to clean water practices underscores our dedication to responsible manufacturing.
WATER CONSERVATION & RAINWATER HARVESTING
We practice rainwater harvesting and treat 100% of our water outlet, as audited by external agencies. Additionally, we recycle 15% of the water consumed in our operations, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable water management. By conserving and recycling water, we reduce our reliance on external water sources and promote the responsible use of this vital resource.
