We weave with precision using our in-house pit loom to craft prototypes, helping customers visualize bulk production. Our expertise includes Jacquards, Dobbys, and a variety of weaves in both narrow and wide widths.

Our dyeing capabilities span a wide spectrum of textile fibers, from the natural elegance of linen, silk, and cotton to the versatility of synthetics like polyester, viscose, and Lyocell. Equipped with
in-house jigger machines, jet dyeing, soft flow machines, and various fabric washing units, we ensure top-notch quality and vibrant results.
DIGITAL & HAND SCREEN PRINTING
For those seeking customized and uniquely designed textiles, our printing capabilities set new industry standards. We offer both reactive and digital printing, providing limitless possibilities for creative expression. Our in-house facilities include hand screen printing, digital printing, loop ager, and star ager, all ZDHC Level 3 and OEKO-TEX approved. Equipped with state-of-the-art Japanese Konica and Roland printers, as well as Italian Monna Lisa printers, we ensure exceptional quality and precision
STITCHING
We operate with 400 advanced stitching machines from trusted brands like Brother and Juki, complemented by specialized multipurpose equipment, ensuring exceptional production capabilities. We handle a wide range of stitches including lockstitch, batik, overlock, and chainweave, guaranteeing precision and versatility. Our process includes meticulous tech pack reviews and collaborative discussions among the merchandiser, pattern maker, factory manager, and production controller
EMBROIDERY
We specialize in a variety of embroidery techniques including regular satin, ari, cord, and buckle. Our capabilities also feature laser cutting machines for applique. Utilizing 18x18 multi-head computerized embroidery machines, we ensure precision and versatility in every stitch
